Block Train is provided by Billy Ferg, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how Block Train handles information.
Data We Collect
Block Train version 1.0 does not collect personal information, gameplay data, device identifiers, location, contacts, photos, advertising data, or analytics data.
Your score, Best score, Departures, and tile-style preference are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store this information on a server.
Sharing a Score
If you choose Share Score, Block Train opens the native sharing tools provided by your device. You decide which app or recipient receives the message. Block Train does not receive the recipient, message destination, or contact information. Third-party apps selected in the share sheet operate under their own privacy policies.
Children
Block Train does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other player. The app does not provide accounts, chat, public profiles, or an in-app social feed.
Data Retention and Deletion
Because Block Train does not collect data on our servers, we do not retain server-side player data. Local game data can be removed by deleting the app from the device.
Future Changes
If a future version adds advertising, analytics, cloud saves, accounts, or another feature that changes data handling, we will update this policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that version is released.
